Refundable Damage Deposit
£75.00 (damage deposits are refunded on a monthly basis at the end of each month)
Hire Charges Payment
All payments are to be made within 7 days of receipt of booking request confirmation. Requested dates will not be held after 7 days if payment is not received.
Regular Club Hirers
You will be invoiced directly on a monthly basis in arrears – payment is to be made within 28 days of the date of invoice via BACS. You can also opt to pay a monthly standing order – please contact us for more details. Failure to pay in a timely manner will result in the cancellation of the hire agreement and the potential of losing your slot.
*Childrens Party
For general children’s parties with a maximum of 30 children attending (usual class size) 4 hours includes set up and clear down time. For family birthday parties the usual hourly rate applies.
