Booking Requests are held for 7 days – in this time payment must be made on receipt of request confirmation email advising of payment required and BACS details.
Cancellations charges are as follows:
4 weeks+ notice = 100% refund
4-2 weeks notice = 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks = 0% refund
Our hiring hours are :
Monday – Friday 9am – 8pm
Saturday/Sunday 9am – 6pm
‘Events’ are to be finished by 6pm due to close proximity to local residents
Hall measurements are 15.96 m x 8.32m. The maximum number of people the hall can accommodate is 120, 80 in a formal dinner layout
There are 10 large round tables (1.5m), 15 rectangular tables (150 x 75cm), 80 chairs. These are stored in the hall cupboard and must stacked considerately in the cupboard after use.
Wifi is also available – details will be provided.

No, parties for over 13 years are not allowed.
You will need a licence if you sell alcohol or if alcohol is included in the price of a ticket for an event. You do not need a licence if you give your guests alcohol.
You will need to contact the council direct to obtain a licence.
The outside green space and play park is accessible 24/7 to the public and is not available to hire.
The Biddenham Cricket Club uses the Pavilion as their club space during the summer months. They only have access to their own upstairs kitchen and changing room/toilets at the side of the building. Their presence should not impeach on your hire in any way.
Oakley Football Club uses the outside space on Saturday mornings during the winter months and they have use of the downstairs kitchen and changing room/toilets at the side of the building. The car park may be busier at these times.
